The St Stephen's site was established in Redditch in the 1870s at No. 3 Prospect Hill (formerly the Greyhound Pub). This remained the doctor's home and surgery until the 1960s. The site has evolved over time from a single-handed practice to now a multi-doctor training practice with a full Primary Care Team.
In April 2014 St. Stephen's Surgery merged with Maple View Surgery to form St Stephen's Medical Partnership.
St Stephens Medical Partnership offers a full range of GP services.
My Planned Care gives you advice and support while you wait and helps you to prepare for your hospital consultation, treatment, or surgery. This includes giving you information about waiting times at your hospital and other supporting and local services while you wait.
This site is updated weekly and can be viewed by anyone, which means you, your family or carer as well as your NHS team can all see the latest information.
